We’ll meet — at your place or ours — to explore your design vision. If you have inspiration images, a pinboard, or favorite spaces you’ve saved, bring them along. They help us understand your style, your story, and what home means to you.

We also recommend bringing room measurements and a few photos of your space. With these in hand, we can begin crafting a design that’s tailored, thoughtful, and uniquely yours.

Sharing your budget at this time is important.

Visit us at our showroom in Princeton, NJ to select materials for your custom projects. You’ll be able to touch and feel our cabinet doors, select the hardware for your project and even the style (feel & color) of our cabinet boxes.

Now that we have your room dimensions, design ideas, and material selection, our professionals will create a drawing with your specific selection in your space. By bringing your vision to life, you’ll see how everything looks together. We can adjust your selections changing everything from the color of the walls to the texture of cabinet fronts.

Once we’ve finalized the design and confirmed your appliances specs, we’ll share the final project design and place the order.

Cabinetry fees are due at this time.

Delivery from Germany to California typically takes around 4 months. Ballerina ships direct from the factory in Germany; Crystal Cabinets ships from Minnesota. We’ll keep you informed along each step. Once a shipment date is set, we’ll schedule installation.

Installation, Thoughtfully Managed

European cabinetry is distinct — designed with a track-based system that differs from traditional American construction and requires precise blocking and alignment. Because of this, we highly recommend using our trained installation professionals. Their experience with these systems ensures every detail is handled with care and accuracy.

Even if you choose to work with your own contractor, we recommend our installers be present on the first day to guide the setup and avoid common missteps. This small investment helps streamline the process and sets your project off on the right foot.

What to Expect During Installation

Our involvement doesn’t end at delivery — we stay connected throughout the installation process to ensure everything goes smoothly:

• Day 1 – We’ll be on-site for unboxing, confirming measurements, and setting your team up for success.
• Midpoint – We return during countertop installation to check progress and answer any questions.
• Final Walkthrough – Once installation is complete, we’ll walk the space with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
• Ongoing Support – If any questions or issues arise, we’re just a call away.
